Delivery & Returns

Whether you need that new luxury clothing piece tomorrow, or at a time that fits around you, we have a range of delivery choices available to best suit your every requirement.

We use a range of different couriers including DPD, Royal Mail and FedEx.

FREE MAINLAND STANDARD UK DELIVERY

FREE UK SATURDAY OR SUNDAY DELIVERY

Order by 2:00 pm (UK Time) for same day dispatch – in peak periods this cannot be guaranteed*

Order by 2:00 pm (UK Time) on Friday for Saturday or Sunday delivery – in peak periods this cannot be guaranteed**

Orders placed from Saturday and Sunday will arrive on a Tuesday.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee next-day delivery for more remote parts of the United Kingdom.

EUROPE AND NON-MAINLAND – £20.00 (delivered within 4-6 working days)

NORTH AMERICA – £25.00 (delivered within 4-6 working days)

REST OF WORLD – £75.00 (within 6 working days)

Orders outside the UK maybe subject to customs charges. This varies between country and products ordered and is out of Lux Apparel’s control.

This is payable by the recipient and will be collected directly by the customs authority. The courier will contact the recipient to collect any duties (as our couriers act as brokers).

Returns

Please note: We do not offer free returns*. You have 5 days to send unwanted items back to us from the day you receive it. You can raise a return in your account or contact sales@lux-apparel.co.uk

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place. Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached.

This does not affect your statutory rights. We ask that all garments are returned to us in their original state and free from scents, fragrance or makeup, items will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition than their original.

Please use a trackable service for your return and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund is processed. If you paid for your order with a gift card, store credit or voucher, a replacement to the value of the refund will be issued.

A typical refund will take up to 21 days; that’s 16 days from you returning your order, us processing it, followed by 7 days for it to make its way through the banking system. Please note that all in-store purchases must be returned to their original place of purchase.

Please note: The order delivery charge (i.e. £20 for Europe) is non-refundable.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, we can only process it with proof of purchase onto the original card or PayPal account used to pay for the goods.

If you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return, Lux Apparel will refund your order within 16 days of receiving the goods, due to varying processing times between payment providers.
